Terms and Conditions

This agreement is made between Matchday Parking/Concert Parking (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) and the Customer (“You”).
By entering into this agreement you are confirming that you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to them.
You, the customer, confirm that you have full authority to enter into this Agreement.

Once your payment has been received, you will get a confirmation by email. This confirmation is personal to you and cannot be transferred or assigned without our written consent.
All bookings are strictly non-refundable.
If you cannot produce the confirmation email, you will be refused admission and the fee will not be refunded. A new booking will be required at the gate.
We do not provide directions. It is your responsibility to locate the car park. No refund will be issued if the car park is not found.
Refer to your confirmation email for car park opening times. A booking does not guarantee access outside of published times or a specific space.
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ written notice for date/event/location changes. Otherwise, a new booking must be made.
No access will be granted outside standard opening times.
No re-entry is permitted once your vehicle has exited the car park.
Car parks will close one hour after the end of the event. If an event overruns, they will close 30 minutes later than scheduled.
No overnight parking is allowed. Vehicles left past closing may be locked in, fined, or inaccessible until the next opening.

We promise to exercise reasonable care and skill under this contract.
You park your vehicle at your own risk.
You must only use the parking space for parking. Any other activity is prohibited.
You confirm you have valid Third Party Insurance for your vehicle.
We are not liable for loss, theft, injury, or damage of any kind, even if caused by us or our representatives.

Vehicles not collected within the designated opening times may be issued a PCN. After closing, access will not be granted.

Possessions – Our staff cannot be held liable for theft or loss. Always lock windows and doors. Hide belongings out of sight or take them with you.
Safety – Drive carefully, follow signs, and supervise children at all times. Exit the car park promptly after parking.
