Privacy Policy: Matchday Parking app for ChatGPT

This policy covers the Matchday Parking app used inside ChatGPT and other AI assistants. It is operated by Stadi Tech UK Ltd, 16 Orchard Street, Bristol, BS1 5DX. Bookings made on matchdayparking.com or concertparking.co.uk are covered by our main privacy policy.

What the app receives

Only the search details needed to answer you: a team, fixture, artist, venue, date range or vehicle type. It does not ask for your name, email, phone number, vehicle registration, location or payment details, and has no accounts or log-ins.

How we use it

To look up live car park availability and prices and return them with a link to book on our website. Never for advertising or profiling, and never sold.

Who we share it with

Only our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., which runs the app for us. The AI assistant's provider (for example OpenAI) handles your conversation under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Searches are not stored. Our host keeps standard request logs (time, path, IP address) for up to 30 days for security and troubleshooting.

Booking links

Links carry tracking tags so we can see a booking came from the app. Once you open one you're on our website, where our main privacy and cookie policies apply. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). Contact bookings@matchdayparking.com.

Children

The app is for a general audience and isn't aimed at under-13s.
