We open around 2.5 to 3 hours before all matches/events (please check each individual listing for exact times) and close 1 hour after the final whistle.

Can I enter the car park early?

No. The car parks are not accessible before the advertised opening times. Please do not arrive early as you will be unable to park.

The car parks will be closed and locked 1 hour after the end of the event. Vehicles not collected in time will be locked in and incur a £200 penalty.

How far is the Car Park from the Stadium?

We operate in multiple cities for multiple stadiums so depending on how fast you walk: 
Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, London: 20-25 mins walk; 
Ashton Gate Stadium, Bristol: 7 mins walk; 
Wembley Stadium, London: 20-35 mins walk; 
Selhurst Park, London: 10 mins walk; 
The Recreation Ground, Bath: 20 mins walk
Principality Stadium, Cardiff: 10 mins walk

NO OVERNIGHT PARKING is permitted. Vehicles left after closing times will be locked in and access will be denied.

How long does it take to exit the car park?

We are not affected by road closures. All vehicles exit promptly after the event.

What happens if I don’t get back before the gates close?

Gates will be locked. You will not be able to retrieve your car and will incur a £200 fixed penalty.

If I leave the car park, can I come back in?

No. Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the car park.

Please reply to your confirmaiton email within 48 hours of the event requesting the change and our team will update and send a new confirmation email.

Check your junk folder or go to “My Booking” (top right) and enter your order number and reg.

No. However, there are local shops and takeaways on the way to the venue.
