If the staff are not present on your arrival please do not worry as your registration is recorded, if possible we ask that you leave a copy of your receipt on the dash visible from the outside of the vehicle.

If you are unable to present a valid  booking reference you will be required to pay again – the stewards do not have access to the list of bookings.
